Strategic ThinkingTM Newsletter

As a strategic planning consultant, I look for ways to communicate to potential companies how I can help with their business. My methodology is based upon business planning and using the plan to implement business change. Strategic Thinking™ is a way to communicate to the construction industry that there are a lot of different options available to them to accomplish their company goals and objectives.

But sometimes, given the business condition, a company may need some outside resources to get them started in the right direction. This newsletter is one way to get that direction. In each monthly edition there are examples to get you to think differently — to think strategically. The newsletter is intended to be short, one page front and back so it can be reviewed quickly and easily. It is specifically for the construction industry. Throw it in a briefcase, take it to lunch, read it with morning coffee, or copy it and hand it out to your staff. The newsletter is meant to be used, read, digested, and questioned.

Why do I charge for the newsletter when FREE newsletters are readily available on the Internet? There are many reasons, but here are three:

ONE - I want you to really read it. The only way to do that is to have an equal stake in the process. So if you pay $100 for it, there is an increased chance you will throw it in your briefcase, or read it with morning coffee. That is the only way to get some of these Strategic Thinking™ ideas in front of you.

TWO- At $100 and with 12 issues per year, they only cost around $8.00 each, so it’s not a lot of money to spend when compared with the ideas that you will get by reading and thinking about the material. It’s priced so that it represents VALUE. Think of it as an insurance policy to keep new ideas in front of you on a regular basis specifically about growth strategies in the construction industry.

THREE- this newsletter is not the way I generate income in my business. The main context of my business is when I am sitting across from you, listening to your challenges and thinking about how I can help you get to a solution.
