Construction Peer Group Corporation’s Mission Statement:

Construction Peer Group Corporation’s (CPGC) sole purpose is to develop and manage the peer group process for construction professionals.

Research has shown that most peer groups seem to flounder for lack of drive and supervision.

The secret to success is twofold:
One, the right companies must be matched, and
Two, the peer groups must be facilitated.

What CPGC does is to create the environment for the peer group to be successful. A facilitator who is familiar with construction is the primary pivot point; they manage and develop the agenda, secure the location and communicate through CPGC to the group members. The facilitator then leads the meeting and keeps the group focused on the agenda and future goals.

What others have said about peer groups: Peer Groups are the very best way to learn from the experience of others. When you go to a seminar, many times there are competitors in the room and you can’t ask the questions that you really want to ask. But, in a peer group where there are no competitors, you really have a chance to learn the “Best Practices” from other construction companies just like yours in a comfortable environment.

"I haven't gone to a meeting that I didn't come back to the office recharged."

"I learn something new each time. It's better than any seminar I have ever attended."

"It's like having the very best Board of Directors."

"If I have a problem, I know I can take it to the peer group meeting, and someone there will have already have had the same problem. I outline the problem and the group discusses it and offers suggestions. It's the very best advice one can get."
